In a world rushing past, small towns are places to slow down.
To appreciate the little things. To find what's real and unpolished.
I grew up in Gridley, Kansas (population 342). I couldn't wait to leave and I did. But I learned something. . .small towns hold what the rest of the world is losing ~ realness, character, community. That's what I help express through design.
BECOME A DESTINATION
I help you discover who you are ~ what makes YOUR town different, what YOUR story is ~ then create a brand identity that expresses it.
No corporate polish. No templates. Real. Rooted. Authentic.
Small towns aren't lesser versions of big cities. They're something better. . . places where community and character still matter, where slowing down is a gift, where being yourself is enough.
I grew up in Gridley, Kansas—population 342, no stoplights, and a main street that's held the community together for generations. I learned early that small towns don't survive on charm alone. They survive on resilience, determination, and the grit of people who choose to stay and build something worth keeping.
I built Ditch Daisy Design to help small towns show up authentically ~ not with bland templates or corporate polish, but with wildcrafted design that reflects their real character.
When I'm not working, I love to explore + photograph main streets, documenting the places most people drive past without stopping.
Follow along at #DitchDaisyInTheWild as I explore the region I serve.
