Wildcrafted branding and design for small-town businesses, independent makers, and places with a story to tell.

Most places already have what they need to be memorable ~ the history, the people, the character, the quirks. What's often missing is someone willing to slow down, look closely, and listen.

That's where I come in.

i help you tell it-

Your town has a story worth stopping for

Explore the Work

I don't believe meaningful design  should be manufactured from a template.

They're found in the details ~ the story, the landscape, the history, the things that make a place unlike anywhere else.

I listen first. Then I turn what I find into thoughtful designs, visual identities and creative work built to feel like they belong.

That is Ditch Daisy.

wildcrafted design-

rooted in place.

Good design should feel like it was always meant to be there. Not added on. Not dressed up. And never like it could belong to anyone else.

Whether it's a brand, a publication, or something in between, the goal is the same ~ to create work that feels natural to who you are and strong enough to carry your story forward.

Distinctly yours.

seen. heard. understood-

In the Bighorn Mountains.
On a Main Street
at 7 a.m., before anyone's awake.
In the particular stillness of a small town that knows exactly what it is.
That's where I find the story.

I grew up in Gridley, Kansas ~ population 342, no stoplights, and a Main Street that held its community together for generations. I couldn't wait to leave. And I did.

But somewhere along the way, I started turning off the highway. Parking. Walking. Looking closer. I began noticing what makes certain places worth stopping for ~ the character, the people, the businesses with something real behind the window.

That's the perspective I bring to my work.

I create thoughtful branding, editorial, and publication design rooted in the people and places behind the work. Design that feels distinctly yours ~ not pulled from a template.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me exploring and photographing the Main Streets most people drive past.
